Dodge continues production of the Viper line for the 2014 model year. Dodge has handed the reigns over to their street and racing technology division abbreviated as SRT. As a result, the former Dodge Viper name been changed to the SRT Viper.

The Viper's heritage dates back to the early 1990's and has since gone on to be one of the most recognizable sports cars on the market with its captivating name and body styling.

The SRT Viper has kept the unique body proportions of its previous models with a long curvy hood and driver compartment situated more closely to the rear of the vehicle. Other signatures are seen in the hood ventilation and side doors that gradually recess into the hood section.

The SRT division did not disappoint with what they placed under the hood, an all-aluminum 8.4 litre V10 rated at 640 hp and 600 lb-ft of torque. Brembo brakes come standard along with ABS, traction and stability control to maintain a high level of precision handling.

Like the name suggests, the SRT Viper is poised to strike whenever you get behind the wheel...
