Dacia Duster Steel and Sandero Music special editions unveiled

Two special editions of the Dacia Duster and Sandero have been officially unveiled by the Romanian based automaker. The first one is aimed towards the Duster and it has been called the Steel. This is based on the Laureate version of the budget SUV and bringing features such as the Dark Metal mirrors, the diamond effect alloy wheels, the tinted rear windows, the satin-finish chrome accents on the skid plates and on the roof rails, fog light surrounds, the chrome tailpipe and so on. The vehicle is also bringing some goodies inside it too where the cruise control with speed limiter is found, along with the Media Nav Evolution infotainment system with the touch screen display and the leather wrapped steering wheel. The brand new Dacia Duster Steel is available in 4×2 with the TCe 125 petrol engine, connected to a six-speed manual transmission, or with the dCi 90 or dCi 110 diesel engines, which have been connected to the five-speed or the six-speed manual gearboxes. In the 4×4 version, the Dacia Duster Steel is only offered with the TCe 125 petrol engine or with the dCi 110 diesel burner. Both units are bringing the same six-speed manual transmission. Dacia says that all units are meeting the Euro 6 emission standards and they have been equipped with the Stop / Start system. The diesel engines have a nitrous oxide filter as well. The Dacia Sandero Music special edition has been unveiled as well. This is based on the Ambiance equipment level and it is adding several interesting items to the range. These include the Focal Music Drive audio system with two 120-Watt coaxial loudspeakers at the front, a wider-frequency range and enhanced precision. The car is also bringing the cruise control with speed limiter, the climate control, the front electric windows and the central locking as well. Dacia says that the limited edition of the Sandero can be ordered with a 1.2 liter 16-valve 75 or with the TCe 90 petrol burners, but diesel lovers can also go for the dCi 90 unit. All three engines are complying with the Euro 6 emission standards and they are connected to a 5-speed manual transmission. The TCe 90 and the dCi 90 are getting a Stop / Start system as well while the diesel has a nitrous oxide filter. The Dacia Duster Steel costs 16,600 euros on the TCe 125 4×2, 18,600 euros on the TCe 125 4×4, 16,700 euros on the dCi 90 2WD and 17,300 euros on the dCi 110 2WD. The range-topping model, the dCi 110 4×4, will be setting you back for 19,300 euros. For the Dacia Sandero Music, customers will have to pay at least 9,550 euros for the petrol 1.2 liter 16V 75 version, which will be followed by the TCe 90, from 10,800 euros. The range-topping variant, the dCi 90, costs 12,350 euros.
