The first rendering of the upcoming Cadillac Escalade V is showing us how the high-performance version of the SUV may look like. You may be familiar with the report indicating towards a high-performance version of the Cadillac Escalade talked about a few days ago. The model in question is now ending up in our news feed once again, this time thanks to an image which is showing us how it may look like. The photo posted above is nothing more than a simple rendering, put together by RM Design, which is showing us how the model in question may look like, when it will finally be ready for its future customers. The upcoming Cadillac Escalade V is going to be offered, in the near future, and it will be a more powerful version of the SUV. The vehicle will be 15,000 USD more expensive than the “standard” one and it is believed to be shown as early as the 2016 New York Auto Show. The luxury cruiser will be sharing the same 6.2 liter supercharged V8 engine with the CTS-V. The unit is capable of putting down, in the high-performance sedan, a total of 640 HP (477 kW) and 855 Nm (630 lb-ft) of torque, connected to an 8-speed automatic transmission. Rumor has it that the Escalade V will be even more potent which means that the “crown” of the world’s most powerful SUV will be taken away from the recently unveiled Bentley Bentayga.
