It’s yellow, it’s small and it’s a budget sports car with rear-wheel drive. Say hello to the new Toyota S-FR Roadster! Well, don’t rush over to your local dealership to try and get your hands on one just yet because it’s not the case since this doesn’t even exist in the real world and it’s nothing more than a simple rendering. The model in question has been unveiled just a few weeks back, over the web for now, in the coupe body style, and Theophilus Chin has decided to work some magic on a couple of images showing us how this may look like in a roadster form. Besides the chopped roof and the rollover bars fitted behind the seats, the vehicle remains the same as its solid roof brother. Initial details were saying that this can transport up to four people in its small body, which stands at 3,990 mm long, 1,695 mm wide and 1,320 mm tall, with a wheelbase of 2,480 mm. The interior design of the car is bringing the USB ports, the power socket, climate control system, full digital instrument cluster and several other goodies. The 6-speed manual transmission was noticeable but we have no clue at this point on what we can find under its hood because the carmaker hasn’t made any announcement so far. The S-FR Concept will be officially presented to the public at the 2015 Tokyo Motor Show.
