It’s not your ordinary sports car, that’s what we can tell you! A modified example of the Porsche 911 GT3 RS has received an Akrapovic Evolution Line exhaust system form TAG Motorsports. The clip posted below is showing us exactly what this sounds like and we have to admit that we simply love it. Make sure to turn that volume up before clicking the play button because you just have to hear it. The Evolution setup is made from lightweight titanium and weighs 4 kg less than the standard one. It has controllable valves and adding a total of 10 HP to the output of the engine. The total weight of the Evolution Race line has dropped by 22.2 kg compared to the standard exhaust and this is adding another 20 HP. The last one isn’t street legal and it’s aimed towards track use. As you may remember, the Porsche 911 GT3 RS was shown at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. This is bringing the large rear wing, extra cooling elements on the engine lid, prominent splitter, front wings with air ducts and so on. Under its hood it has a 4.0 liter six-cylinder flat naturally aspirated engine, producing 500 HP (368 kW) and 460 Nm (340 lb-ft) of torque, in standard. The 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) acceleration is made in 3.3s and top speed stands at 322 km/h (200 mph). The sports car costs 181,690 euros, on its local market.
