But we don't konw what the R35 looks like, do we(Alex is that picture a solid one?). If it is like the black one in the article with the japanese writing, then I take it, but if it's the one Alex posted it's not a true skyline anymore.

I hate to burst some bubbles folks, but the pic of the wonderful little car on the first BB page is a computer generated concept of what the new skyline might look like. Its also two years old. the new skyline is the G35 infinity (in the us at least) and completly destroys that in which makes a 'line so beautiful. the g35 is a v6, not
an i6. its front engine rearwheeldrive and is certinly not a skyline that i would see. i got all this info from the summer issue of "club skyline" which is a japanese newsletter. sorry people, but im just as mad as you would be.

well i got it now. ive seen three of the newest gt-r concepts. Its from a new mag from tampa florida thats called "makes and models". they say there are three probabilities for the new skylines. first is a slightly modified version of the V53 (R35) infiniti. looks the same with bigger wheels. the second is the cool pic of the 'line that looks like a smoothed out version of the 34. and the third version is the most likely to be produced. it has vertical headlights and the picture i saw had a silver finish making it look very sleek. at first i didnt like the headlights but if you look at the picture you can see the vauge appearance of the old style headlighs in the sheet metal. its very artistic but very inovative. nissan never fails to amaze me

I am sorry to dissapoint all the Nissan Skyline die hards out there but what I am about to say is gonna hurt bad. That pic of the "new" R35 shows to me that Japanese designers still have no clue compaired to their European cousins. It looks like a pre-school toddler took a crayon to an R34 and added a shoddy body kit. I mean come on where is the imagination the innovation. If you ask me Nissan dont have the balls to give the world something new!!!
