I like the Mazda's RX-Evolv Concept, but i don't like the RX-8. I would much rather go for the RX-7. But you never know they could change how the car looks.

I liked the earlier RX-7s, the US-legal ones that were available up until the (was it 1999?) restyling. However, I find myself liking the RX-8 even better, but in a different sense. It's more of a modernist, with a touch of retro, whereas the RX-7 was just trying to be itself - one of the doomed 90's Japanese sports cars.------------------ "The next time you meet your friendly neighborhood 911 Turbo at a stoplight, you can show him this." Personally, the RX-8 looks very ugly. I was never a big fan of the RX-7, but this new car just takes Mazda to a new low. I much prefer the Nissan Z.------------------ IP: Logged |

The RX-8 is just ugly, and it needs to be a coupe not a sedan.------------------ My Car Dealership: http://www.geocities.com/blackta00 '93 Camaro Z28 A4: Custom CAI, TB Bypass FS: $8,000 "Bowtie 'til the day I die" IP: Logged |

I dunno what is going through everyone's mind but to bash the RX8 shows no understanding of the mission of the car. It is intended to be and "adult" sportscar. It's design is on the leading edge, it's styling is timeless and bold, it's technologies are readily apparent, but I guess for people who worship civics don't quite understand that. To say that the car looks "gay" is insulting. You have a lot of people driving Ferrari's and Lamborghini's who are gay, does that mean that their car is also? Or what about the gas they put in it, is it gay also. Whoever posted that rediculous statement needs to re-evaluate themselves. The RX8 is nothing but CLASS!!!------------------

Good for you Mazda Mark you have a very valid oppinion there and i am quite open minded about the styling. But i am also entitled to my own opinion and i think the RX-8 looks absolutely SHIT!!!!!!!! OH and a Ferrari is not gay! a pink VW Beetle...yes a yellow MX-5......yes! a Ferrari NOOOOOOOOOOO!!------------------

Class? THats your opinion. I wouldn't call it classy, but it don't look bad. But we can all insult a car. What's wrong with that?------------------ Run. I Dare You. IP: Logged |
