Ok, go see a full writeup with pics (and many more to come) of the 2001 Canadian International Autoshow in Toronto which was for the first year sanctioned by the OICA (organisation internationale des constructeurs d'automobiles). The only other show in NA to get this is Detroit. Go see its (and my) greatness at: http://www.fantasycars.com/sedans/autoshow/show.html ------------------ Visit http://www.fantasycars.com/sedans for the wildest time you've had in the last 5 minutes. Most of the cars were either featured in the L.A. autoshow or the other autoshows.. I wish they brought Carrera GT.. if they did i will take pics of every single area of that car.. It's was good, but They need to bring some new cars.. ------------------ TAMIL-CANADIAN STYLEZ IP: Logged |

Yeah, not much big surprises or exciting new concepts.LoL, that does look like a bug. Anychance that the Carrera GT would show up at the Jacksonville INternational Auto show this weekend? ------------------ Porsche lover down to the golf clubs. IP: Logged |

the only problem that this show would have is that it comes after a few big shows. Its starved of new cars.------------------ www.hsv.com.au IP: Logged |

Canada, like Australia, isn't a big enough market to attract major concept cars.We have the money to buy 'em, just not the population base. ------------------

Actually, we get quite a few. The new Charger cam here, the Mitsubishi HSR-VI, the nice looking Hyundai one, the Mazda RX-Evolv, the Toyota GT-One, the Nissan R390-GT1, the Ultima (cant remember its name) etc. And this was all in one year ('99) at the Sydney show. Not all concepts, but they are still big names. ------------------ www.hsv.com.au [This message has been edited by gtsr (edited March 08, 2001).] IP: Logged |
