Yeah it is coz there is no prestige sports coupe in this price bracket. Unless you take the CLK into account, which is quite a bit more than an SLK, and so, is out of this region. ------------------ www.hsv.com.au IP: Logged |

The new coupe would be a nice powerful ride but it wouldn't touch the new M coupe. the bmw has over 300 hp and unreal accelaration times. Plus i think if they're gonna up the power, do it in a big way. the increase is only 13 hp. Now if they threw in the S engine thats on the convert. as the base engine, then i would get a little more excited. but i think this is a sign that porsche is getting closer and closer to jags and Mercedes. But still nice.------------------ Viper Master [This message has been edited by Club500 (edited March 20, 2001).] IP: Logged |

The boxster looks so much like a 911 Cabrio.------------------ My Car Dealership: http://www.geocities.com/blackta00 '93 Camaro Z28 A4: Custom CAI, TB Bypass FS: $8,000 '92 VW Corrado VR6: EIP Intake Manifold, Neuspeed P-chip, Neuspeed Intake, Eibach Springs, 17" Konig Monsoons, Custom Exhaust, Stage III Clutch FS: $10,000 "Bowtie 'til the day I die" IP: Logged |
