Sigh.70GTO, m'boy, what exactly IS a "thought-inhibited post"? Well, your last one gave me a clue. "Inhibited" is synonymous with "prevented" or "restrained". Let me get this straight: you'll post a reply if someone "posts a thought inhibited statement"? That can't be right. What you probably meant was THOUGHT-INHABITED statement. A thought-inhabited post might in fact contain some pre-meditated thought. A THOUGHT-INHIBITED post would be the opposite. Well, whatever. Inhibited is a negative term, but oddly enough, BAdAzZ and jaminslu actually gave you some help and made up for your painful oversight by using the much more appropriate terms "inspired" and "induced". Right now, they're scoring far higher on the IQ spectrum. Quite frankly, 70GTO, your explication of "inspired" was woefully incoherent. Let me try: the etymology of INSPIRED is the Latin phrase IN SPIRITUS, which would roughly translate "containing spirit". Whether this means in a religious or mystical sense isn't too relevant. The term's a bit more versatile in English. But, I'd be interested in hearing your fascinating explanation of "induced". As well, throw in a constrasting definition of "deduced", because I always had trouble with that in Logic & Rhetoric 202. And I WOULD appreciate if you really did use the dictionary to which P!R@N@ alludes. And not one of those lowball student ones either, thanks. ------------------

I like fantasycars and i want it to stay that way. Now a simple statement that required no thought for me that will confuse him: The Bugatti Veyron is awesome, no better car on earth.
back on my own statement, had i actually payed real attention to his "inhibited" i would have realized he never reads the dictionary and probably failed L/A, let alone any other class he has ever taken. And I guess no better car on earth may be alittle exagerated wiht the carrera gt coming up but that is alright.

Well that shows you how much I was paying attention to his post. I put the phrase that I thought he should have put in, not the one he actually used. Sorry, but next time I will try to read a little more carefully. No wait, I won't b/c his post isn't very important anyway.------------------ My Car Dealership: http://www.geocities.com/blackta00 '93 Camaro Z28 A4: Custom CAI, TB Bypass FS: $8,000 '92 VW Corrado VR6: EIP Intake Manifold, Neuspeed P-chip, Neuspeed Intake, Eibach Springs, 17" Konig Monsoons, Custom Exhaust, Stage III Clutch FS: $10,000 "Bowtie 'til the day I die" IP: Logged |

I think he's among the smartest, if not THE smartest, of all of us here (sorry, Rosruc ). I mean, we just senselessly cuss people out to try and get them to go away (well, I don't), and like P!R@N@ said, kingfisher seems too advanced for such things. He can scare anyone off with just plain and pure knowledge.A toast to kingfisher? ------------------ IP: Logged |

[QUOTE]Originally posted by kingfisher: [B]Sigh.70GTO, m'boy, what exactly IS a "thought-inhibited post"? "Inhibited" is synonymous with "prevented" or "restrained". ---------- Very Good fisherman! Just let me say that that is a very good job for such a "smart" guy like yourself. ------ Kingfisher says: Let me get this straight: you'll post a reply if someone "posts a thought inhibited statement"? -------- Once again you are correct! Good job! Thought inhibited for the last time, for all you geniuses that didn't understand it the first two times. The "post" being the object would be restrained or "inhibited" to having a content based on thought. Is that clear enough for you? ------ Kingfisher says: That can't be right. What you probably meant was THOUGHT-INHABITED statement. A thought-inhabited post might in fact contain some pre-meditated thought. A THOUGHT-INHIBITED post would be the opposite. ------- No, Tommy the tuna. I was right. I didn't mean to say inhabited. By the way don't hyphenate two words together when they don't need to be. And next time you try to talk to me don't waste my time with an incorrect definition and a whole crapload of dumbass. On a much nicer note, I am only going to talk about cars from now on. I want to apologize for dragging this on so long. I did start out talking about cars. All I sais was that his Tiburon was fugly. Then he got all upset and requested that I say very mean things to him. In turn, I honored his request and gave him a beat down with my brain. Hello 70GTO Judge , palYou said: "None of you are taking me seriously, yet I am all that any of you have talked about for the last two pages worth of discussion. I love the way I can just fuck up your day, oh I'm sorry, I meant to say fuck up a whole shit load of your days. ..... Why don't you all say goodbye to someone with a huge fuckin brain(myself), because I am tired of talking to a bunch of fuckin idiots." But why then, are you still present, so willing to enlighten us in righteous ways from which we have so obviously strayed? You contradict yourself my semi-intellectual friend. Do you really believe you are fucking up anyone's day? That is genuinely pathetic. None of the residents here will care so much for a messageboard that the sudden appearance of a moronic individual as yourself will be shocking or disturbing. Don't flatter yourself . You are merely displaying your obvious ignorance in thinking that we all care as much about online shouting as you do. Some folks have real lives. Finally, pal, this is a messageboard to discuss cars. Why are you here? To show the average car enthousiast how clever you are supposed to be? I discuss on forums which deal with much more difficult matters than the love for cars, (as beautiful as they can be) and I am not at all impressed by what you have shown. A few words out of an OED in an incorrect context only show you for the ...... (fill in your favorite satanic minion here) that you are. Whatever reply you will give, it will not merit one from me. Depart from these boards or make the effort to be productive in a matter corresponding the nature of this board. ------------------ Death makes angels of us all and gives us wings were we had shoulders. maybe if you really knew something about cars he would know that a kingfisher (sorry to kingfisher if that was not his intention) is a type of bird that eats fish if i am not mistaken.Anyways, lets hope he keeps his word about car posts only and doesnt ever use his pea sized brain to try and argue again. ------------------ Porsche lover down to the golf clubs. Well technically if Kingfisher really was a "Kingfisher bird", then he would be a fisherman(only if he was a male bird), LOL . Sorry, I had to throw that in P!R@N@. Well, he isn't ruining my day at all, I don't really take anything on this board to heart, it is just a messageboard. It's not like any of us are ever going to see each other, and even if we did only the "cool people" would be met with anyway. I have tried to get jaminslu to find me a gst to race a few times, but to no avail. I guess, he's afraid, hehe .------------------ My Car Dealership: http://www.geocities.com/blackta00 '93 Camaro Z28 A4: Custom CAI, TB Bypass FS: $8,000 '92 VW Corrado VR6: EIP Intake Manifold, Neuspeed P-chip, Neuspeed Intake, Eibach Springs, 17" Konig Monsoons, Custom Exhaust, Stage III Clutch FS: $10,000 "Bowtie 'til the day I die" IP: Logged |

Does anyone know if this car the Bugatti Veyron and the Audi Rosemeyer project coincide with eachother. They are both really cool cars, and I believe the Audi is based on a w16 design as well. Additionally, I do know that because of the "W" design of the VW engines it should be about the size of a V10. This being so, a transmission like the one in the McClaren F1 or better should be able to fit in these W16 machines. That would make the top speed and acceleration near incredible. I can't wait to see these cars in action.------------------

Anywhere near 1000 is incredible though.
