That's true. When the horse power is that much, 14 hp is nothing. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I like the Veyron's design a lot, especially the two-tone paint job. IMO it's better than the Chiron concept - its lines are more defined. Bugatti 18/3 Chiron ------------------ "The next time you meet your friendly neighborhood 911 Turbo at a stoplight, you can show him this." IP: Logged |

I'd like to see some testing data of both new Bugattis before I start making my decisions. Who knows, maybe it won't make good use of its horsepower.------------------ "The next time you meet your friendly neighborhood 911 Turbo at a stoplight, you can show him this." IP: Logged |

At supersportwagen.com they had a topspeed of 404 km/h which came out to 250mph. where that is from i dont know but if any one has something to verify this.I think the front end of the chiron looks a bit like the eb110 and has more of a supercar look but i prefer the veyron. ------------------ Porsche lover down to the golf clubs. The 250 mph top speed is Bugatti's claimed target, based on weight, power, and aerodynamics. But who's going to test it when the time comes?------------------

Exaclty, so until someone got the guts(and luck) to push the Veyron past the 240mph barrier the F1 is the fastest exotic supercar.Case closed. ------------------ There´s no substitute for efficiently engineered cubic inches(or centimeters) check my new site http://frictionx.50megs.com/default.htm COME EARLY, BE LOUD, STAY LATE! Hey, lets wait till the Porsche SUV gets here. If I know Porsche, they will deliver something special. I remember reading an article in R&T where the mentioned a couple of 911s that were tuned to go off-road. They went to the grabd canyon. Nice story... I think the Cayane will be exceptional. What worries me is how close the VW SUV is to the Porsche. I love the old Bugattis. Some lovely styling with spectacular ideas and engineering really place it away from the others. VW is doing great. But no.. no... its just not the same... they are doing a lot better than the Americans, as you pointed out.

it is probably really hard to balance the income with the quality and design of the cars. that is why so many little english sports car companies dont live.------------------ Porsche lover down to the golf clubs. IP: Logged |
